Upon purchase, we collect the necessary information to ensure your QR code is accurate and properly configured. This includes the name, phone number, and company provided at checkout.

Once payment is completed, we prepare your card files for professional printing. We finalize the design, test QR code functionality, and format the file as a flattened, print-ready PDF to ensure optimal results. Final files are sent directly to the email provided.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing our business card design and QR code services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Design & File Delivery

We provide professionally designed business cards and optimized, print-ready files (including PDF and QR code assets). All files are delivered in formats suitable for standard commercial printing.

2. Printing Responsibility

We are not responsible for the final print quality of any physical cards. Printing results may vary depending on the print shop, materials, equipment, and settings used. While we provide properly prepared files, we do not guarantee color accuracy, material quality, or final physical output.

3. QR Code Functionality

QR codes are tested and confirmed to function at the time of delivery. However, we are not responsible for issues caused by improper printing, resizing, distortion, low contrast, or physical damage to the card after production.

4. Information Accuracy

It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all information (name, phone number, company details, etc.) before final delivery. We are not responsible for errors once files have been approved.

5. Editing Window & QR Code Changes

Clients are provided a 24-hour editing window following final delivery to request any corrections or minor adjustments. After this period has expired, all files are considered approved.

Any changes to QR code information after the 24-hour window will incur an additional fee, as QR codes must be fully regenerated and the design must be updated accordingly, requiring replacement of the original code.

We do not modify or transfer QR codes to represent a different individual, business identity, or to accommodate reassignment (including name or primary contact changes). Requests such as phone number updates or similar changes beyond the editing window will be treated as a new purchase.

6. Revisions & Updates

Minor revisions may be included depending on the package selected. Additional changes or updates after final delivery may incur an additional fee.

7. Third-Party Services

We are not affiliated with or responsible for any third-party services, including print shops, QR scanners, or device compatibility.

8. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final once files have been delivered.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damages, or business impact resulting from the use or misuse of our designs, QR codes, or files.
